France: Police detain anti-COVID restrictions protestors in Paris
The Paris police Sunday said it had detained 81 protestors who part took in the 'Freedom Convoy' to protest COVID-19 measures.
BFM TV reported that the Paris police said on Twitter that they had deployed officers to prevent protesters from taking part in the anti-COVID vaccination convoy and blocking the city streets.
More than 7,500 police officers have been deployed from Friday to Monday, as the 'Freedom Convoy' is scheduled to head to Brussels tomorrow.
