Jordan takes part in 156th regular session of Arab League
Jordan on Tuesday participated in the 156th regular session of the Arab League, headed by Kuwait, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The Kingdom was represented by Jordan’s Ambassador to Egypt Amjad Adaileh.
The meeting comes as a prelude to the ministerial meeting of the Arab League on Thursday.
The meeting was scheduled to discuss the draft agenda to be submitted during the ministerial meeting, which will see the participation of Arab foreign ministers and their accompanying delegations.
Participants discussed a number of draft resolutions on various Arab issues, before the resolutions will be agreed upon in the ministerial meeting.
The Palestinian cause, the situation in the occupied Jerusalem and the Israeli violations there, constitute a priority on the Arab League’s regular session agenda.
The meeting will also discuss regional issues.
