Qatari private sector exports to Jordan exceeded 113 million Qatari riyals (some $31 million) during the January-August period of 2021.
According to recent statistics released by the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry (QCCI) on Thursday, the total Qatari private sector exports to Jordan recorded a 'remarkable' 5% increase during the first eight months of 2021, compared to the same period of 2020.
The statistics, which 'Petra' has obtained a copy of, expects the Qatari private sector trade with the Kingdom to maintain growth in the coming period, given the continued development of Jordanian-Qatari economic, trade and investment relations and expansion of investment opportunities, as well as the 'high' volume of mutual commodity trade.
