The Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) Tuesday launched a plan to lure in tourists from within and abroad the country by lowering prices at tourist attractions in tandem with a nationwide lift of COVID-related restrictions.
ASEZA Chief Commissioner Nayef Bakheet said the response plan would organise activities at the Wadi Rum and Aqaba to reinvigorate tourism, highlighting the 'major' event would take place on September 16.
Bakheet said the new prices and promotions at the Wadi Rum and Aqaba would be accessible to all.
