The Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation (JEDCO), in cooperation with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), organized Sunday, a workshop on e-ecommerce integration for a group of Jordanian industrial companies.
In a press statement, JEDCO said the two-day event provides training on the e-commerce business models prevalent in global markets and each company's requirements to start conducting business over the internet.
These e-commerce categories have 'flourished' recently and were considered the 'most effective' way after the Covid-19 pandemic in marketing, promotion as well as striking trade deals, said the statement.
The workshop comes within a program prepared by JEDCO to provide support to 30 Jordanian industrial and service companies, to enhance their potentials by increasing their exports through e-promotion and virtual markets, according to the statement.
