In a daily statement, the commission said that 15 of the new infections were locally transmitted, adding that the Chinese mainland reported 41 new asymptomatic cases.
'The NHC had received reports of 91,949 confirmed cases and 4,636 deaths in the Chinese mainland,' the statement further said.
