Jordan: Filmmakers invited to take part in short film competition
The European Union in Jordan and EUNIC Jordan, in partnership with The Royal Film Commission Jordan, are running a short film competition, as part of the 33rd edition of the European Film Festival. The deadline for submissions is 5 June.
A committee will select among the submitted films those entitled to compete.
The winning movie will be announced and screened at the 33rd edition of the European Film Festival – Jordan in September.
The European Film Festival (EUFF) is the longest-running foreign film festival in Jordan, celebrating its 33rd edition this year. This edition will be a virtual one, taking place online between 12-22 September 2021. This year’s edition will feature award-winning recent productions, short film competition, mobile phone film competition, workshops, Q&As with film makers, producers and actors and more. The EUFF is funded by the European Union to Jordan and implemented by EUNIC Jordan.
