People in Jordan will be allowed to perform the Friday prayers at mosques after the Cabinet had discussed the COVID-19 developments in the Kingdom.
The Cabinet stressed the decision would be contingent on people's abidance by the health protocols and measures, as people who wish to attend the Friday prayers would have to travel to mosques on foot with a ban on using cars in place.
It also decided to automatically renew the health insurance of those insured under the 'Social Security Network' program until 30/4/2022 without the need to visit the Health Ministry's offices.
It also agreed to settle tax disputes with some 460 taxpayers, mostly companies, following recommendations submitted by the reconciliation Committee between Tax Payers and the Income and Sales Tax Department.
