Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) Chief Commissioner Nayef Bakhit said that a number of economic, commercial and tourism measures aimed at opening all sectors after Eid Al-Fitr, will be implemented in Aqaba provided that the city's populations are registered on the national Covid vaccination platform.
In a statement on Monday, Bakhit stated that registering for vaccination will enable the southern city of Aqaba to open its sectors by next June, in addition to easing curfew restrictions, especially Friday lockdowns, after the holy month of Ramadan.
