The PSD's Media spokesperson said that the Anti-Narcotics Department personnel, backed up by a security force, pinpointed the location of smugglers at large, arresting three of them, while the fourth ran away, adding that search is underway for the suspect.
Investigations indicated, he added, that the smugglers were involved in a border trafficking network, linking them to failed attempts to smuggle in large quantities of narcotic substances a few days ago, which were foiled by the Armed Forces in cooperation with the Anti-Narcotics Department.
