Prime Minister, Bisher Khasawneh on Sunday told a Lower House session that His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, gave instructions to provide the necessary health care to Jordanian singer, Miteb Saqqar.
On another topic at the session, Khasawneh underlined the government's keenness to support the Jordanian farmer and ease pressure off him, by creating export markets and developing food processing, adding that the government is prepared to take mitigating measures in favor of the Jordanian farmer, but within the rule of law that cannot be divided.
Khasawneh gave this remarks in his response to MP Imad Adwan who inquired about harsh measures against a farmer who drew water from the eastern valley channel.
Responding to MP Osama Ajarmah, who criticized the inappropriate treatment by a radio presenter against a military retiree, Khasawneh said that the affairs of military retirees are a top priority to His Majesty the King and HRH the Crown Prince, and therefore the government is keen to implement His Majesty's instructions on provide them with every support possible.
Also, the prime minister paid tribute to the late King Hussein and the 22nd anniversary of his assumption of constitutional powers.
