The Jordanian commercial sector is keen to constantly participate in the five-day event, due to its worldwide reputation and significance, representative of the foodstuff sector in the Jordan Chamber of Commerce (JCC), Raed Hamadeh, who will head the trade delegation, said in a press statement on Saturday.
Participation of the Jordanian delegation constitutes an important opportunity to enhance cooperation and develop economic relations between Jordan and the countries participating in the food businesses, he pointed out.
Jordanian food products achieved great successes and entered the global field, thanks to their quality, competitiveness and commitment to quality standards, which strengthened their export capabilities, he noted, adding that the participation is an opportunity to promote them in the presence of Arab and regional companies, merchants and suppliers from various world countries.
During the exhibition, the kingdom's restaurant sector will also be promoted and the development it has been witnessing for years, which has made it a competitive sector at the Arab region, he said.
