Minister of Environment, Nabil Masarweh, on Wednesday, met with Tunisia Ambassador to Jordan Khaled Suhaili.

The meeting, held on Wednesday, discussed enhancing environmental cooperation between the two brotherly countries through the Executive Program for Environment Protection.

Masarweh lauded the Jordanian-Tunisian partnership in the field of the environment and the joint cooperation between the two countries.

The Jordanian-Tunisian Joint Technical Committee discussed, during a teleconference, the proposed cooperation in the field of green economy, climate change, protection of natural resources and waste management, the ministry said in a statement.
