Jordan condemns the Israeli invitation to build new settlements
The Jordanian Foreign Ministry has condemned the Israeli invitation to build new settlements in the occupied West Bank.
The spokesperson of the foreign ministry, Daifallah Al-Fayez said that the settlements are illegal and they are rejected as they are against the international law, especially united nations security Resolution 2334
It is worth mentioning that settlement construction firms have floated tenders to build new settler homes in the occupied West Bank.
The announcement came one day after the military authorities greenlighted the construction of 792 settler units, most of which in the northern West Bank, including the Itamar settlement.
