Interior Ministry approves 2021-2023 strategic plan
Interior Minister Samir Mubaidin has approved the ministry’s strategic plan for the years '2021-2023', prepared in accordance with the participatory strategic planning approach for all stakeholders.
In a statement on Tuesday, Mubaidin said the plan was formulated with a comprehensive and studied vision, and included institutional goals, programs and future projects that will be monitored and evaluated periodically through clear performance indicators, within a specific time frame over the next three years.
He underlined that the ministry’s endeavored strategic objectives have been set in line with national goals and priorities.
'The plan would contribute to achieving national security and development by improving the ministry’s services, raising the efficiency of its workers, and facilitating participatory practices, good governance, integrity, transparency and the rule of law,' the minister added.
