Cold weather is forecast across much of the Kingdom on Friday and over the next two days with no chance of rainfall anywhere.
The Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily weather forecast that daytime mercury levels will range between 15 and 12 degrees Celsius, particularly in the highlands. At night, it will be chilly as temperatures slide to 3 degrees Celsius.
In the southern Red Sea port of Aqaba and much of the Jordan Valley, including the Dead Sea, it will be warmer with the highs in the 22-23 degrees vicinity.
The JMD warned of fog and frost formation, especially in the Badia and desert areas and some highlands.
