The Lower House on Wednesday endorsed its reply to His Majesty King Abdullah’s Speech from the Throne.

Both chambers of Parliament will deliver their reply to the King on Sunday.

In a session chaired by Lower House Speaker, MP Abdel Muneim Odat, and attended by the cabinet members, eight MPs took the oath of office, according to Article 80 of the constitution, namely, Omar Naber, Yanal Freihat, Adnan Mashouqa, Yahya Obeidat, Mahmoud Farajat, Muhammad Mussa Ghuwairi, Abdel Karim Dughmi and Hadiya Sarhan.

Also, MPs and cabinet members observed a minute of silence and read Sourat Al-Fatiha to honor the two late former MPs, Muhammad Shdeifat and Yahya Saud.
