Senate President Faisal Fayez on Monday held meetings with South Korean and Bangladesh ambassadors to discuss bilateral relations.
During a meeting with envoy Lee Jae-wan of South Korea, Fayez discussed ties in the economic, cultural, commercial and parliamentary fields, and the importance of cooperation in various investment fields and activating the signed bilateral agreements to serve shared interests.
The two sides also stressed the importance of overcoming obstacles that hinder the development of relations, in addition to boosting parliamentary ties.
In a separate meeting with Bangladesh Ambassador Nahida Subhan, the two sides reviewed the regional situation and means to enhance joint cooperation between Jordan and Bangladesh, especially in the investment field, and to establish new partnerships that serve common interests.
