Jordan Ambassador to the United Kingdom for Britain and Northern Ireland, Omar Nahar, and Ambassador of the Federation of Saint Christopher (Saint Kitts and Nevis), Kevin Isaac, on behalf of the governments of their countries, on Wednesday signed a joint statement to establish diplomatic relations between the two countries.
In a meeting at the Jordanian embassy in London held after the signing, Nahar and Isaac discussed ways to develop and enhance bilateral cooperation ties in economic, trade, cultural and tourism fields, in a way that serves the interests of the two friendly countries and their peoples, according to a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry.
Both diplomats also discussed latest regional developments in the Middle East region, challenges facing it and the Kingdom's targeted efforts to overcome them.
