The new cases include 1,041 in Irbid, including 302 in Ramtha, 888 in Amman, 304 in Mafraq, 211 in Jerash, 116 in Karak, 31 in Ajloun, 26 in Tafilah, 249 in Zarqa, 168 in Balqa, 47 in Madaba, 27 in Ma'an, including 12 in Petra, and 8 in Aqaba.
A total of 173 cases have been admitted to the hospitals, and 203 have been discharged upon recovery.
A total of 21,761 PCR tests have been conducted, bringing the total number of tests conducted since the beginning of the crisis to 2,648,917.
Friday, 14.3 percent of PCR tests have come back positive.
