Rainfall to date running well compared to last year
Rainfall to date graphs of the current season has shown that the accumulated amounts of rain are running well compared to last year’s graphs, head of the Jordan Meteorological Department, Raed Khattab said on Monday.
Khattab said that climate studies and records have shown that precipitation was the most in the northern and central regions of the Kingdom, due to witnessing unstable weather conditions, while the southwestern regions had less rainfall.
'We are still in autumn, which is known by atmospheric instability, while winter will start on the 21st of December', he added.
