AMMONNEWS - Jordan, on Friday, hailed the signing of an agreement for a permanent ceasefire that was inked by the Libyan rivals in Geneva, under the auspices of the United Nations.
Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Daifallah al-Fayez, stressed the importance of the agreement that will lead to a Libyan-Libyan dialogue and serious political negotiations', aiming at restoring Libya’s security, stability and sovereignty in accordance with accredited references.
Such agreement, al-Fayez said, would protect the Libyan people and stop all foreign interference in the North African country's internal affairs.
