AMMONNEWS - Tax revenue in the first 10 months of 2019 stood at JD3.572 billion, the Income and Sales Tax Department (ISTD) General Manager Husam Abu Ali said.
Tax revenues amounted to JD3.449 billion, an increase of JD123 million, which counts for 3.6 percent, for the same period in 2018, Abu Ali said in a statement.
This increase was the result of an increase in income collections, which reached JD938.8 million, while it stood at JD853.7 million in the same period of 2018, while sales tax increased to JD2.66 billion compared with the same period in 2018 that amounted to JD2.595 billion, Abu Ali added.
