Cabinet to convene over Dead Sea flash floods today
AMMONNEWS - A cabinet meeting will be held Wednesday afternoon to discuss the procedures that were taken based on the recommendations of the Dead Sea incident's ad hoc committee.
Expected to attend the conference are the Education and Higher Education and Scientific Research Minister, Tourism and Antiquities Minister, Interior Minister, Media Affairs State Minister, Public Works and Housing Minister, and the Health Minister.
In October 2018, torrential rains swept away a group of students and teachers visiting hot springs in the Dead Sea area, leaving some 20 people dead and others injured.
