AMMONNEWS - Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply Yaroub Qudah led a delegation representing the pubic and private sectors on a visit to Lithuania with the aim of discussing cooperation between Jordan and Lithuania, mainly in the economic field and stimulating Lithuanian investments in the Kingdom.
The visit came as a follow up on the outcome of His Majesty King Abdullah's meeting with Lithuanian president during her visit to Jordan last year.
Qudan met with a number of Lithuanian ministers during which he discussed with them means to increase trade exchange as well as Jordan's investment climate. He also met with representatives of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and emerging companies and reviewed with them bilateral cooperation.
The Jordanian-Lithuanian Business Forum was also held on the sidelines of the visit during which the minister spoke about the economic and social challenges facing Jordan and how the Kingdom has been able to transform them into opportunities.
