French Ambassador calls to improve tourism with Jordan
AMMONNEWS - French Ambassador in Amman, David Bertolotti, called for enhancing and improving tourism between Jordan and France ahead of the Summer season.
He made his remarks on Tuesday during a ceremony at his residence in Amman, which was attended by a number of travel agents, tour operators and airlines from both countries to promote French tourist destinations and give the two sides a real opportunity to explore ways to benefit from the advantages available in Jordan and France.
He also reviewed the tourism destinations in his country and facilities offered to tourists, noting that France is the fourth destination for international students.
During the ceremony, participants noted that Air France has been operating in Jordan since 1977 and established its first office in Amman in 1984 while began its direct daily flights in 2006.
