Foreign minister conveys King's greetings to Emir of Qatar
AMMONNEWS - Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, on Sunday, received Minister of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs, Ayman Safadi.
During the meeting, Safadi conveyed a verbal message from His Majesty King Abdullah to Sheikh Tamim, on bilateral ties, promoting joint Arab action and preparation of the Amman Summit, Jordan is hosting at the end of the week.
Sheikh Tamim conveyed his greetings to His Majesty the King and stressed the importance of developing relations and enhancing Arab cooperation.
Earlier, the foreign minister held talks with his Qatari counterpart, Sheikh Mohammad bin Abdul Rahman Al-Thani focused on bilateral relations and Arab and regional issues.
