AMMONNEWS - Jordan, on Saturday, denounced the attack that left 7 Egyptian Coptic Christians dead after they were targeted by a terrorist group in Al-Arish city, in the Sinai Province on Friday. State Minister for Media Affairs, Mohammad Momani, said that such criminal attacks, perpetrated by terrorist gangs, are designed to destabilize the region and trigger chaos.
Momani, who is also Government Spokesperson, renewed Jordan's call for a holistic international strategy to counter and eradicate terrorism. The minister stressed Jordan's solidarity with Egypt at these times, and extended condolences to the Egyptian government and the families of the victims.
