AMMONNEWS - Jordan on Wednesday strongly condemned a terror car bomb attack that targeted a hotel in Somalia's capital Mogadishu, which resulted in the death of 7 innocent civilians and injured another 8 including children.
The assault occurred Wednesday morning, when attackers rammed an explosives-packed car into the gate of Dayah Hotel, in Mogadishu.
Minister of State for Media Affairs Mohammad Momani reaffirmed the Kingdom’s rejection of such acts, saying terror organizations seek to destabilize peace and security of states to spread more chaos, killing and destruction.
Momani, who is also the government spokesperson, reiterated Jordan's solid stance in fighting terrorism and its groups wherever they move. The minister extended the government’s condolences to the Somali people and families of the victims, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
