Jordan to take part in Arab labour conference in Kuwait
AMMONNEWS - Jordan will take part in the 42nd session of the Arab Labour Conference, slated to be held in Kuwait between 18-24 April.
Minister of Labour Nidal Qatamin will represent Jordan at the high-level meeting, which will be held under the auspices of Emir of Kuwait HH Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah, said an official at the Jordanian embassy in Kuwait.
The conference will mark the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Arab Labour Organization, added Rafat Al Nawaiseh, the labour advisor at the Jordanian embassy in Kuwait.
Participants at the multi-day conference will discuss a number of issues and elect a new director general for the pan-Arab organization.
