King: Justice, equality and transparency essence of Integrity Charter
AMMONNEWS - King Abdullah II, on Wednesday, stressed that the essence of the National Integrity Charter is justice, equality and transparency and said: 'I do not see anything more important than that.' The National Integrity Charter is a key element in the strengthening trust between the citizen and the state, the King said during a meeting with head and members of the Royal commission entrusted with evaluating and following up on the implementation of the Executive Plan of National Integrity Charter.
The King emphasized the need for committing to the highest degree of impartiality and transparency in the follow-up, evaluation of the implementation of the recommendations of the National Integrity Charter.
King Abdullah urged the commission to communicate with the various public and private sectors institutions to ensure a comprehensive implementation of the charter.
The commission seeks to translate the executive plan of the Charter within a specified time frame to entrench the principles of integrity, transparency, justice, accountability, good performance and the fight against corruption.
