AMMONNEWS - An unarmed Jordanian youth was apprehended on Sunday,after he managed to cross into Israel via an Eilat crossing, Israeli media outlets reported on Tuesday .
The Israeli Security forces were dispatched to the northern area of Eilat after footprints were seen on the Israeli side of the border. Traffic on the Aravah Road was halted in the area as police feared a terrorist infiltration, Yeshiva World website reported.
The 15-year-old was apprehended, told Police that he thought the area he was crossing was under Jordanian control. He was sent back over the border after determining he was not a terrorist.
