Gov’t, civil society urged to support national products
AMMAN (Petra) — Musa Saket, head of the “Made in Jordan” campaign, on Wednesday called on the government and civil society organisations to support national products.
During a press conference on Wednesday, Saket, board member of the Amman Chamber of Industry, also stressed the need to promote locally made products to boost the economy.
Launched last month, the “Made in Jordan” campaign is aimed at boosting the confidence of Jordanian consumers in locally manufactured products by raising awareness on their quality.
It also aims to raise awareness about the benefits of buying Jordanian products to the Kingdom’s economy.
