King inaugurantes Fatima Al-Zahra Mosque, performs Friday prayer
AMMAN (Petra) – His Majesty King Abdullah II on Friday opened Fatima Al-Zahra Mosque in Mafraq where he joined worshippers in performing the Friday prayer.
The mosque, which was built by local donors, was constructed on 2,500 square meters.
The mosque holds about 2,500 worshippers.
The King, accompanied by HRH Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah, and the worshippers listened to the Friday sermon delivered by Sheikh Muhammad Shdeifat on the anniversary of the Battle of Badr.
