Health Ministry provides 150 hotlines for complaints
AMMONNEWS - Jordan's Ministry of Health announced providing 150 hotlines set up to receive citizens' complaints around the clock.
Minister of Health Mjalli Mleihan announced on Monday that citizens may call the hotlines, which include the phone numbers of the Minister's office, Ministry Secretary General, and its central and governorate offices, 24 hours a day for any health complaint.
Mleihan stressed that the Ministry welcomes citizens' calls and complaints regarding its health services at hospitals and health clinics throughout the kingdom in an effort to provide the necessary health services to its citizens.
The Minister noted that launching the hotlines comes in accordance with King Abdullah II's directives to government officials to remain in direct communications with citizens and responding to their issues and complaints.
Mleihan added that the Ministry published the hotline numbers in media outlets and on the Ministry's official website, adding that Ministry employees will be welcoming citizens' calls around the clock.
