AMMONNEWS - French President Francois Hollande will visit Qatar and Jordan next week to discuss with leaders of the two countries bilateral relations and developments in the region.
Hollande will visit Qatar on June 22 and 23, with the aim of consolidating and enhancing relations with with Gulf state, and to 'reinforce a strong traditional relationship' and that it is 'a relationship that is both strong, good and promising,' a French diplomatic source said on Friday.
The president will be accompanied by a large delegation of French executives, and is expected to partake in the Economic Forum held in Doha.
The French President is also scheduled to stop in Jordan where he will discuss with King Abdullah II urgent developments in the region, particularly the crisis in Syria, AFP reported.
