World Bank to loan Jordan 100 million dollars this month
AMMONNEWS - The World Bank team discussed recently to loan Jordan 300 million dollars, by the end of December, to help it come to grips with a record budget deficit, Al Arab Al Yawm daily reported on Monday.
The Bank provided Jordan 3.3 million US dollars to support an environmental project in the Jordanian desert (Badia) to sustain the pastures and manage water sources, the newspaper added.
