Amman, (Petra) His Majesty King Abdullah II on Monday accepted the credentials of six new foreign ambassadors accredited to the Royal Hashemite Court.
The King received the credentials of ambassadors: Khaled Wafiq Tharwat of Egypt, Krzysztof Zbigniew Bojko of Poland, Rolf M. Hay Pereira Holmboe of Denmark, Dave Otieno Arunga of Kenya, Darko Javorski of Croatia and Sierra Leone's Ibrahim Bakarr Kamara.
Arriving for the ceremony, His Majesty was greeted by a guard of honour as a band played the national anthem and those of the six countries.
The envoys laid wreaths at the tombs of their Majesties the late King Hussein, King Abdullah I, founder of Jordan, and King Talal.
The accreditation ceremony was attended by the Royal Court Chief and other officials.
