Ammon News - Jordan's Permanent Representative to the Arab League Amjad Adaileh said on Tuesday that Jordan will continue to make every effort to support the Palestinians and preserve the Palestinian cause at the forefront of the international community's priorities.

Adaileh stressed during his speech at an emergency meeting of the Council of the League of Arab States at the level of permanent delegates, following the Israeli aggression on Jenin in the occupied West Bank, with Palestinian-Jordanian-Egyptian coordination, that the protection of Jerusalem and the identity and sanctities of Jerusalem will remain a base from which Jordan will launch in confronting all Israeli aggressions.

"Jordan supports what the Palestinian leadership is taking to take action against the Israeli aggressions in the Palestinian territories", he added.
