Ammon News - The Housing and Urban Development Corporation HUDC, in coordination with international bodies, issued an international resolution entitled "Adequate Housing for All".

The draft resolution was presented jointly by Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, France, Kenya, Malaysia, Pakistan and the USA, and was adopted by the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat), during the second session of its assembly, which was recently held in Nairobi / Kenya this month.

The resolution provided for the establishment of an intergovernmental working group of experts to make recommendations to accelerate progress towards a global achievement of safe, sustainable, adequate and affordable housing.
