JFDA launches food campaign during Eid Al-Adha

Ammon News - The Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA) launched its monitoring campaign for Eid Al-Adha period, in continuation of its periodic efforts to ensure the flow of safe food to citizens.

JFDA Director General Nizar Muhaidat, in a statement, said that the control and inspection teams in the institution will continue their inspection rounds during the Eid Al-Adha period.

Muhaidat indicated that the inspection rounds according to the plan, aim to monitor and track the most traded foods, including dairy and its derivatives, fast food, nuts, sweets, and chocolate.

During the same period, the JFDA will continue to receive observations, inquiries and complaints from citizens during the same period, 24 hours a day, through the free complaints line 117114, the e-mail info@jfda.jo, and through the WhatsApp application at 0795632000.
