Ammon News - Senate President Faisal Al-Fayez met Tuesday in his office with the Kuwaiti ambassador to Jordan, Aziz Daihani, and discussed with him ways to enhance bilateral relations in a way that serves the interests of the two countries , and the issues of the Arab and Islamic nations.

Al-Fayez expressed his pride in the depth of the Jordanian-Kuwaiti relations, and the high level they have reached in various political, economic and investment fields.

He presented the current situation in the region, and Jordan's firm positions under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II towards it, which are based on the necessity of establishing security and stability in it, and enabling its people to live in freedom and security.

For his part, the Kuwaiti ambassador praised the great role and continuous efforts made by His Majesty King Abdullah II to resolve various outstanding issues in the region and bring peace to it and he stressed Kuwait's keenness to strengthen its relations with Jordan in various fields, especially in the field of strengthening economic and investment partnership, and activating joint cooperation in various fields.
