Ammon News - Minister of Justice, Ahmad Al-Ziyadat, on Monday received UK Ambassador to Jordan, Bridget Brind.

Both officials stressed the importance of enhancing cooperation in legal fields, and ways to activate them to serve the justice sector.

Al-Ziyadat lauded the historic ties between the two countries, underlining the need to continue the joint cooperation between Jordan and the United Kingdom in all fields.

The justice minister also met with Italy's Ambassador to Jordan, Fabio Cassese, and his accompanying delegation.

In the meeting, attended by the ministry's secretary general, Judge Saad Al-Louzi, both officials discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation ties in the legal and judicial fields between the two friendly countries.

Cassese commended ties between the two countries and voiced keenness to bolster future joint cooperation in the legal field.
