On the economic and commercial ties, Daihani said Jordan and Kuwait recently signed a protocol to strengthen cooperation between the two countries, including economic, commercial, financial and investment aspects, in a way that meets aspirations and rises to the partnership level to address international trade challenges and consolidate fraternal relations on a solid basis.
The ambassador stressed that the two sides seek to increase trade exchange, which exceeded $280 million, pointing out that the Kuwaiti decision-maker seeks to overcome the obstacles that prevent this process.
Kuwait is the first in the Arab world in the field of investments in Jordan, due to Jordan's investor attractive environment, which is characterized by security, safety and stability of legislation, he said, indicating that the volume of Kuwaiti investments in Jordan amounts to $18 billion, including energy, real estate investment or infrastructure sectors.
