Israeli forces push deep into east of Khan Younis

Ammon News - Israeli occupation forces early Monday made an incursion into east of al-Fakhari town, east of Khan Younis in the southern part of the Gaza strip.
Palestinian sources said that Israeli troops, backed by military vehicles and bulldozers, pushed dozens of meters deep into the area and razed the Palestinian owned-lands.
Furthermore, Israeli warplanes early Monday shelled two Palestinian agricultural lands east of Rafah and Khan Yunis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, according to Palestinian sources.
"The occupation aircrafts bombed a number of missiles at Palestinian lands east of Rafah, and east of Al-Qarara in Khan Yunis, causing property damage, but no injuries were reported," the sources said.
Israeli army spokesman claimed that two rockets were fired today at dawn from the northern Gaza Strip towards the beach area near the city of Ashdod, adding that no casualties were recorded.
