King checks on conditions of two underprivileged families in Deir Alla

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - His Majesty King Abdullah II made a surprise inspection visit to Um Ayyash Village in Deir Alla District in the Jordan Valley during which he checked on conditions of two underprivileged families that face health, economic and social problems.

The visit came within His Majesty's keenness to reach out to underprivileged families especially during the holy month of Ramadan.

The King visited a five-member family that suffers from heart disease and lives in difficult conditions.

His Majesty ordered that a house be immediately built for this family and fully furnish it to provide its members with a decent living.

He also called for providing all members of the family with necessary health care through the Royal Medical Services.

King Abdullah also visited another eight-member family that lives in difficult conditions and ordered concerned officials at the Royal Court to build a house for the family, furnish it and provide health care to this family.

The King was accompanied by the Royal Court chief, and the secretary general of the Royal Court, who heads a committee entrusted with following up on Royal initiatives.
