Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - osama Ukasha , the well-known Egyptian producer, said he intends to produce a new TV series tackling the life of the late Egyptian president Anwar Al-Sadat, whose character will be featured , according to Ukasha, by the American celebrity Nicolas Cage. The series, which was announced at a press conference held last week, will be written by Anis Dughaidi, and directed by Yousef Sharaf Eddin and has already been approved by the Sadat Family.

Responding to a question, Ukasha said the idea was not a reaction to (Nasser) series, broadcast last year, adding that his new series will be much better prepared, and will attract more attention, due to the participation of many well-known actors, such as Riyadh Kholi, Nada Adel, Emarati actress, Huda Khatib, and many more in the act.

The series, which is expected to come in 68 episodes, will be co-produced by a wealthy Saudi businessman, who is a close friend to Ukasha.
