Gaza Ministry reports one killed, seven injured in 24 hours
The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip said Thursday that hospitals across the enclave received one person killed and seven injured over the past 24 hours.
The ministry noted that the Palestinian death toll since the start of the Israeli offensive on October 7, 2023, has risen to 73,389, with 174,266 people injured.
According to Palestinian sources, the ministry indicated that 1,260 Palestinians have been killed since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, while 4,154 have been injured. It added that 808 bodies have been recovered during the same period.
The ministry explained that several victims remain under the rubble and on roads, with ambulance and rescue crews still unable to reach them.
