His Majesty King Abdullah II, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF), inaugurated on Monday new buildings for the 40th King Hussein bin Talal Royal Armoured Brigade, a formation of the Central Military Region.
His Majesty, accompanied by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, was briefed by on the implementation of various stages of the project and its facilities.
The King also reviewed the progress of operational, training, and logistical matters, the level of combat readiness, and development plans and programmes aimed at strengthening the brigade’s capabilities and enhancing the skills required to carry out its duties, in line with the JAF’s modernisation and development plans.
