The Department of Statistics (DoS) released its monthly report on Thursday regarding the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for April 2026.
According to the report, inflation reached 2.49% in April compared with the same month last year. On a monthly basis, consumer prices increased by 0.70% compared with March 2026.
The report also showed that inflation during the first four months of 2026 stood at 1.65%, compared with 1.97% during the same period in 2025.
